"Appalling service"
Last 2 times we've booked a service with them, they've let us down. And when you and try and call or email to chase up why the engineer hasn't turned up, no one picks up the call or responds to emails. We're still waiting to hear back on a boiler service we booked a week ago and heard nothing.
If you can't be bothered to do the job, don't book it in.
I had to take half a day off work because of this and you're not going to compensate me for that!

Been waiting for a boiler repair for 8 days now Via my Domestic and General Insurance policy. And now informed by Gas King it's going to be at least another 6 days. No heating or hot water for over 2 weeks when repair will be complete.

Excellent service. Engineer arrived on time, carefully services the boiler, even corrected some sloppy entries in the logbook made by our boiler installer, took time to reply to all our questions, left the place clean and tidy. Will use again next year!

Jamie the Operative who attended was on time and very efficient. I got a call in advance of arrival and he was right on time as estimated. He sorted the problem within minutes and went the extra mile to give useful advice how to work the maze of getting a good affordable boiler replacement when asked. This company comes highly recommended.
