Great service, never heard of them before so was sceptical.. couldn't get a ps5 on its own anywhere as there were only much more expensive bundle offers.. found bulldog and decided to try as reviews were good.. really glad I did, ordered over new year and arrived in good time for the ti.e of year, also emailed for a date of delivery as it wasn't clear and got a reply.

I was a little concerned at first as I had not heard of this company but thought i would try them and they were excellent to deal with. I had a confirmation email straight away and then another when despatched and was kept up to date on when delivery would happen. As I ordered after 2pm 29 Dec, was expecting on 03 Jan and that is when it was delivered. It was wrapped really well and I would not hesitate to order from this company again. The price was good and very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely awful quality, bought some lol dolls and they're fake, terrible quality I'm actually shocked. Delivery was fast but that's expected with the price of it. Won't be buying from here again

I've never used this company before so I had no idea what to expect, but I have to give credit where it's due and say that I'm blown away. I ordered a Lego diorama to put away (not to make) and I was impressed by the speed of service and the care with which the box had been packaged - it survived the delivery process completely unmarked.

My only comment is that I did not get a response on the "live chat". Having had a few bad experiences on-line in the past I was getting worried, but an hour later I had an email confirming that my package had been sent; and the next day it was here.

So the summary - don't worry if you don't get a resonse on "live" chat, just stick with it and get ready to discover your new favourite toy supplier.
