"Do not waste your time or money"

Placed an order for my elderly grandmother travelling to the United Kingdom. Her order was refunded due to 'not passing the Sage fraud screening'. When asked for clarification on this I was met with no answer other than resending of the original email saying she could re order but required PayPal to do so.
Don't waste your money. I should have used an Irish company instead of attempting to support a British one. Lesson learnt.
