"Got nothing, not my order, no tracking number, no answer to my emails "

It's almost offensive that I got a message in which I'm being asked "how did we do?" when it seems my parcel has not even been shipped yet. Instead, my payment was confirmed - but I never got a tracking number. I sent two emails to Vendemia asking about my order, but they didn't bother to answer and when I click on the link sent after my order, I see that nothing has happened at all. As for now, I'm not even sure if it isn't a scam.

Arrived quickly and was well packaged. The skirt was in wrapping and hardly creased which impressed me. I knew what to expect as I have the skirt in a different size and it was exactly the same; beautiful

I have received my dresses, and love them. The fabric is outstanding and the style is well cut. My ordered size for both was a US XL for my wider hips and the fit is perfect. The bust is large so I have to fix that.

I started a return request on the 17th of december. Still no reply.
The shipping was a bit bumpy, but not too bad, on the other hand, if you need to reach customer service....that's impossible.
I tried different ways to get in touch, wrote about 5-6 different emails and messages, no reply at all....

I emailed this company for a tracking number, for order #2382 placed on Oct 28 because I haven't gotten a tracking email confirmation and I still haven't gotten an answer. I emailed them about 2 days ago.
