This is a wonderful program that delivers what it promises! I was a half a pack/ day smoker but my husband was a pack-and-a half a day smoker and we BOTH quit.

The quit guru program has been very helpful. It makes you take a very honest look at yourself as to why you choose to smoke, how you smoke, your habits about smoking and what you have to change in your life to really kick the addiction for good. I highly recommend.
