By 4 previous rentals at Budapest Airport this was far and away the best in all aspects.
If needed, we would not hesitate to use again and recommend others to use. Cannot fault anything.
A latter rental at Green Motion in the UK was a disaster and would rate no stars against Klasswagen who should get 10

"Used Klasswagen multiple times"

Used Klasswagen multiple times, and will use them many more. Brilliant service that i cant recommend highly enough. On my last visit to Hungary i had a bit of a nightmare getting there so was 15 hours late for my booking, and i didn’t think to inform them. A quick call from the airport and my booking was reinstated and i was collected and given a car to be on my way in no time at all. Honestly the staff are so kind and helpful, I wouldn’t dream of using another company.

I had a great experience renting a car from Klass Wagen. The car was in great condition and the staff were excellent. Pick-up and drop-off process was seamless too. I would definitely recommend their service.

Originally was supposed to get a smaller car, but due to unavailable car :) I have been upgraded free of charge to a better bigger and nicer car which made my 4 days renting more enjoyable comfortable.
