"Company and Work Don't Hold Up!"

Met with the owner who was very nice and explained everything in detail. The crew worked very hard to create a clean-looking resurface of the old, concrete pool deck. The finished product was very attractive.
I had been searching for about seven years before I found a company that I thought I could trust. My biggest concern over the years was would the treatment hold up to New England weather and was reassured by the owner it would. NOT TRUE. By eight month's time, the concrete expansion joints started crumbling and the surface paint lost adherence.
It's impossible to speak to anyone at the company and they have not returned any form of communication other than an automated message. The recording wants people to start the whole process over, which I did, yet all I got was automated messages they received my photos. I've been waiting for two months to hear from someone.
I realize they are not local to me, but certainly could respond and set up a time when they are in my area.
I'm sorry I recommended them to seven of my neighbors!

First and foremost we love the RenuKrete look. Our back yard looks like a resort. It is hard to believe the difference. Start to finish professional. Linda explained the process and it’s exactly what she described and what you read. The crew was meticulous with the details described by Linda. They went over every step with us especially matching the design and color scheme we wanted.
I looked at many options and was concerned that any overlay would peel and/chip.and thought that making my old worn dirty concrete given new life was the way to go.
Friends that have seen the new look are amazed it’s our old cement patio. I have already recommended RenuKrete for a co-worker.
