Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received from a company. There was an issue with one item in my order, nothing was too much trouble for them, prompt responses and matter resolved straight away. If you’re thinking of getting a travel box for your dog, use DT boxes, you won’t be disappointed. It’s light enough that I can remove in my own from boot if not needed but sturdy enough that it doesn’t move or rattle. Dog is much calmer in box and no mess at all in car even after the muddiest of walks. Well worth the money.
