I bought a battery and it said it would be couriered within 1-3 days. It never arrived. I emailed them three times and telephoned also with no reply. I have had to demand a refund back via PayPal.

Ok guys, this is an obvious scam!
Search any battery, and it will show up. I even tried 'mercedes' and ' f****ing fake', and even then a battery came up!

"Their service is awful"
Their service is awful. My product was shipped to California and I live in Illinois. Trying to get the part I ordered. they said it was under dispute. Meaning between them and the USPS, has nothing to do with me. Still I can not get the part or my money back. Will never order from this company again. I need the battery but thank God it is not work related as many people are working from home.
I gave this company a second chance as I need the battery. My second order was shipped to Michigan, note I live in Illinois. Now they are telling me they are going to look into it. How long will I have to wait to get a refund.

"Very poor service. Not happy with this company."
I paid additional for UPS shipping and they decided to send it USPS without my authorization. USPS does not deliver to my physical address, hence my UPS choice. They changed service without my authorization and by doing so, Caused me to not receive my battery. When your battery craps out, it tends to be an urgent replacement. things like this cannot happen. bottom line. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

An error on their website caused me to end up with a battery that will not fit my laptop.
The 'customer care' rep continues to say I ordered the wrong one, and that I will have to pay return shipping.
I ordered it per the instructions of their website. They have the incorrect battery listed for my brand/model laptop.
I have shown them proof of their error, but it makes no difference to them.
I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake.
In my opinion, there is NO 'customer care'.
I will cut my losses, and spread word of my experience, and the POOR 'customer care'.

"Do not order a battery from Laptop Battery HQ"
I have now received two batteries that will not work. The company was quick to respond when I reported the first bad battery. They sent a replacement quickly and asked me to put the bad battery in the mail with the label provided. However, the second battery is bad as well. I took my computer to a technician to be sure that it was not my computer. My computer is fine, but the technician could not get the battery to run the computer more than 3-5 minutes before it shut down with no warning. I have asked for a full refund. Will continue this review when I receive my refund.

"Never even got my battery after 10 days of waiting"
I needed a laptop battery for my HP workstation asap. I found their site and they had a decent price, just about as good as many other online store. they offered 3 to 5 day shipping.
I never received a "your item is shipped" email as they said i would get, and i never got any confirmation, at all. I managed to get a hold of someone through email asking where the heck is my battery. They said it was shipped but guess what? It flew all the way to the east coast to me, then back to them and was "received by their warehouse". What the heck? did they not get my address right or what?
So i paid 40$ and never even got my product? This is beyond fraud. Law suite incoming Battery HQ, get ready.

"Sent a Bad Battery; Phone agent claims they do not have access to database to give refund."
I bought a battery at a great price...until I received the battery...it is dead and will not take a charge. Paid our IT guy to take a look and ensure that I ordered the correct battery; I did.
After a 5-10 minute wait, agent claims that they do not have access to database, and that someone will have to call me back to consider refund or replacement.
No resolution/resolve at this time.

Maybe it works for a couple of times but once you made your credit card payments pass a couple of months, that would be it! I used their laptop battery less than three times and I would not be able to recharged it again at all.They did not answer the phone, didn't respond to voice mail, didn't respond to email so, do NOT waste your money!
