It was particularly useful to be able to visit a venue in our area where we could try out the model of chair before deciding to purchase. We appreciated being sent samples to chose our own fabric, and the finished product has received compliments for comfort and style.

I needed to make an order with out having time to wait for swatches and the customer service was excellent at sending me photos of how products compared and making good informed suggestions. This was augmented with advice on sizes and configurations plus a speedy execution. I found the information flow and updates very transparent and really helped manage all expectations. I recently ordered 40 chairs and 10 tables from Forest. It was good to see that everything is made in the UK and that it was good quality and reasonable prices.
The only problem that I did have was one of the tables was damaged. However, I believe that this may have been down to the delivery driver.
