I'm from the Philippines and I've used GTE Expert's GTE Statement Proofreading Service last September 2022. I got my visa granted in just a little over two weeks and I can guarantee it's because of how well-rounded and explained my GTE was.

My review is based on their own data. The company claims to have up to 90% success rate on visa grants. Looking at real immigration statistics, last time the visa grants were below 90% was in 2009-2010 (89.9%) and since then, every year visa grant rate was way above 90% (average over the last 10 years is 93%) . So their success is way below the overall average by everyone else. So I really question the product or service. I guess the answer may lie in the fact that the founder Arturas Mickus is not, according to MARA government register, migration law qualified person. Any visas and GTE in particular is very complex and highly individual matter and no "manual" can substitute the real thing. Immigration has a very clear manual on its website about GTE, so visa applicants can just follow the official government manual, just type "GTE home affairs" in google and it will come up.

Since I cannot comment on your reply, I am editing my feedback with a response to your reply:

Arturas, I think you should get your facts check before making such statements.
1. I don't represent education consultancy, I own a migration firm – your facts are wrong
2. I do represent clients from all over the world, not as you conveniently stated risk level 1 countries - your facts are wrong again
3. I have used immigration statistics, which covers the whole world and India, China, Nepal, Philippines which are the top countries with visa applications to Australia and also have the highest visa refusal rates. Even with those countries, the overall visa grant rate is way above the 90% mark GTE Expert is stating. So given real statistics, GTE Expert underperforms the average – check your facts
4. My clients come from many countries, including the most difficult countries such as Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Philippines and India – your facts are wrong again
5. I am migration law graduate and licensed migration law practitioner with over 20 years’ experience – your fact is wrong again
6. MARA laws do not exist, it is only Migration Act and Migration regulations and I do know that very well, in fact I teach migration law and regulations and run training sessions for new agents and lawyers – you should do your homework before trying to use phrases and words you do not understand
7. My company employs 2 licensed migration law practitioners and one lawyer, so we, unlike you, do comply with australia federal law – your facts are wrong again
8. Ministerial direction no 69 commonly known as GTE is in fact a legislative instrument and as such training by professional for professionals exists, so licensed people can be taught how to write GTEs – your facts and knowledge of this topic incorrect
9. My mum, well had she been alive, she would be perfectly capable writing such GTE submission considering she was studying Criminal law.
10. You should check the legal framework of your business because any advice in relation to any visas can only be done by migration agents, lawyers or exempt people. You are neither !! Advising people about interpretation of Ministerial Direction 69 (GTE) is a clear breach of section 276.
Immigration assistance IS if a person: preparing, or helping to prepare a document for ….visa applicant
Immigration assistance is NOT if a person is: passes on to another person information produced by a third person, without giving substantial comment on or explanation of the information.
11. Thank you for your offer of help in case my clients have some problems, but I will only send clients to qualified legal professionals in case I have to, because I specialize in student visa refusals at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT)

I am writing this review to protect people, who may believe your credentials, STUDENT VISA EXPERT, but as established you have not study any migration law and are not licensed to provide any visa assistance.
That is a breach of the Federal law and my biggest concern is that you are even charging money for the illegal migration assistance. It attracts 60 penalty units with hefty financial fines and up to 10 years imprisonment.
It only takes 1 unsatisfied customer who send your case to Border force and that may be the end of it.

NB: I have also noticed that you have conveniently deleted my comment from your Facebook and blocked me. I wonder is that a way a person who has nothing to hide acts?

Advertising - I believe general public would consider advertising to including name of the company, contact person, address, contact details, websites, FB, LinkedIn, email etc. None of that is part of my feedback, it is about what knowledge and licensing is required to provide any advice for any type of visas to australia.

I've bought a GTE template from them recently and I'm really satisfied with it. The price is much cheaper than other websites and the template itself has pretty much included everything that i needed. I'd also like to give a big thumbs up to Arturas for his prompt and patient responses, there were some website issues which led to difficulty in downloading the file but Arturas has helped to solve the issue within hours so kudos to him!
