Bought a Vehicle specific head unit and fitting kit from their website but there was a lot of cables/adaptors not supplied and some they don’t even do?
They are not great at getting back to customers by email or phone!
Having said that I did get a full refund plus costs.

I'm disappointed having to write this review. There are so many positive experiences on here.
I purchased a fitting kit and facia for a Porsche 911 997.1 (with Bose). The package arrived and I was dismayed to find that I'd been sent the wrong items (for a Cayenne). I called these guys and was advised that I'd ordered incorrectly. The actual error was in the listing on the website.
Anyway, I missed my installation slot because they couldn't sort my re-order out in time, and they only seem to communicate via email. I had to order extra parts because they couldn't tell me exactly what items I needed. It felt like trial and error.
So I missed my installation slot, had to pay over £400 for the parts I might need and then return what I didn't need once installed.
So I'm £50 out of pocket because my deposit for my install slot was not refundable and I needed to return the item I didn't need (which was efficient to be fair). None of this was due to any error on my part.
Customer Services contacted me to tell me that they wanted to pay directly into my bank account and asked for my bank details, over email!! No way (GDPR anyone?). So I'm still waiting for their finance team to contact me to refund my card. Sales emailed me (not the promised call) to tell me that they can't offer a cash refund (which I didn't ask for - I paid by Credit Card) but tried to palm me off with some AV equipment, which beggars belief why when I've just had the AV system I wanted installed. They can make a gesture of a £50 credit back to my card but choose not to. Thanks!
Sadly, I cannot recommend these guys. They messed it up, slowed things down and cost me money and then had the temerity to try and palm me off with AV upsell that I have no interest in.
Go elsewhere in my opinion, may installer had all the Connect2 equipment I would have needed. Check with your installer if they can provide all the required equipment.
This has been farcical from start to finish...and I still haven't seen the refund for the return part.

Bought a Vauxhall Vivaro van upgrade kit and online instructions were great, accurate and well displayed, Instructions with the kit were a little harder to workout from the visuals, i.e. small. Video of the install was a help.
The steering wheel controls unit is very handy to keep the factory stock controls. Had a couple of questions before I purchased which were answered over the phone by the tech team.
Priced around and the cost was very competitive.
Overall very happy with the products, fit, look and operate well.
