After contacting Darcey Quigley & uploading our case on Thursday evening, I received a call the following Tuesday morning confirming the invoice plus Darcey Quigley's fees had been paid. Result! Pauline & Chloe kept us informed every step of the way. Can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we need to.

From my first enquiry to my last engagement with the team at Darcey Quigley & Co, my experience was absolutely seemless. Pauline (Case Manager) was promptly responsive to my enquiry, quickly understood my situation and explained the process clearly to me. Stephanie (Claims Specialist) was incredibly proactive, communicative and engaging throughout the collections process. My enquiry was formalised into a quote which was accepted in the afternoon on 10 July. Stephanie immediately initiated action with my debtor on the same day. There was some back and forth between the debtor, DQ&Co and ourselves the following week, but by 18 July our debtor had made payment of the outstanding invoice. Unfortunately DQ&Co we unable to recover the collection fees or late payment fees from the debtor but I still feel wholly satisfied with the service I received.
