"Do NOT use for airport transfer "

We were charged for extra time as our luggage did not arrive within the timeslot of 45 minutes! The company did not care that we were waiting for our luggage and unable to leave without it! So we were forced to pay more money on top of the fact that the extra 30minutes we had to pay for 10 minutes was US waiting for the driver!
Not sure what airport taxi firm decides to put a strict time on how long you get to go through customs and pick up your luggage when it's no in your control!
No confidence in this company whatsoever. If we had lost our luggage they would have taken our money but left us stranded.

"Late"

The company told us that the driver will be at the meeting point at 8.38 am at Manchester Airport. He wasn’t there and he wrote that he will not arrive before 9.15. We took another taxi and didn’t get a refund for the 80 pounds we paid in advance. Disappointing.

"Terrible experience family airport to London"

I booked this taxi company for a family transport from London Airport to London City, via booking.com. From the moment I had booked, I was contacted direct and hassled by the company to find a way to either make me pay more than prepaid or face being stranded at the airport. I did everything that was asked (submit pic of luggage etc) to confirme the booking. I even checked in the confirmed Taxi Size, a Prius, with a Prius of a friend, that out luggage fits. And it did. The company kept on hassling me and would not confirm that we will have secured transportation. Unfortunately, after all back and forth and time waste, I was only left with the option to cancel. Subsequently, I actually found better priced transport by booking direct and went with that. Horrible unreliable experience, would not recommend to use, particularly for airport transport. Very bad customer service!! I hope save other customers from going though this ordeal.

I would like to give a big thank you toTaxi2cardif and especially to my driver Ayyan who rescued me from a difficult to find location he kept in constant contact with me until he found me and and dropped me of at cardif central station just in time to get the last train back to London and all this was done after I changed my booking at the last moment I would highly recommend using this company and once again a big Thankyou to my driver AYYAN

Great service from booking your taxi to collection. Constant contact with both head office and your driver. The trust time I booked I haven’t looked back and will use when I visit the UK and certainly recommend to friends

Thankyou, the driver muhammad Abid was great, easy to communicate with and did the job seamlessly. The chat facility is also great but there was a lot of confusion where they got the number of my destination house as the Number of the pickup, and although i corrected the chat several times the driver still didn't know until i text him . Overall I would use again

"Straight forward online booking system"

Straight forward online booking system, prompt email confirmation, unfortunately had to cancel due to cancelled major event... was concerned about getting the booking fee back but no need, emailed cancellation request as per terms & conditions and fee credited to credit card account with 5 days, excellent.

"Stressful experience"

We had a booking following a rugby international and arranged a pickup time of 8pm to allow ample time to exit the stadium. The driver arrived 20 mins early and called demanding to know where I was, followed by another call from the office warning me not to be late as the driver was waiting, then a text from the driver informing me he would leave if I was late - all this despite me reiterating that the booking was at 8pm (confirmed again before the match) and we would arrive on time, which we did. An unnecessarily stressful experience - if the driver takes it upon himself to be 20 mins early, that frustration should not be relayed to the customer.

Everything was as it should be, the driver was on time, the car was clean and tidy and the drive was as expected. Will use again.
