I experienced a significant reaction to one of the products, despite having no allergies to any of the ingredients or any sensitivies to any cosmetic or body products. Emailed them to let them know- no response. Contacted again via whatsapp- still no response. It's now been over a month since I first contacted them to advise them of my issue and have unfortunately heard nothing from them. This is not a company that cares about their consumers.

Reached out again through email as suggested by the company reply to my initial review here, and...I still haven't received a response. Their customer service is laughable and I stand by my original statement- don't buy from here!

"Great product but postage not refunded"

Love the product. Ordered over £25 to get the free postage. Royal Mail card in door - unable to deliver parcel insufficient postage. Charged £3.50. Label was for EVRI delivery but it had landed up in the Royal Mail. Emailed Lavandi requesting postage refund with photos of parcel, Royal Mail card and Royal Mail receipt. Sent reminder after one week. Now 2 weeks with no response at all.

I placed an order well over a week ago and it hasn’t been despatched yet. I have emailed them, left voice messages and sent a text and they have not replied-has this company closed down? Are they still taking money and not sending things out. If so I think that is really low of them.
