The third party inspection company has canceled three previous appointments for my mom's home since the home policy commenced. I called the TOPLINE agent with whom I got the policy to assure these missed appointments did not reflect negatively against my moms policy. The agent said he would review and contact me if there is anything negative. I've not heard back, so assume all is well.

Lack of information on both sides prompted speculation and disappointing last figures. Ending quote was 400.00 more than your first quote. I had to give up coverage for house contents and more to shave off the 400.00 so I can afford the policy. I am not pleased at all. Agent knew of my limit.

Simply dreadful. Tried to get a quote from Topline. I answered their questions - but nothing. Been waiting over a month for a quote - have tried calling and emailing , but nothing. Obviously do not want my business. Pity they do not have the good manners, or professionalism to say so. Have to wonder if they are like this to get a quote , how bad would they be in an event of a claim?
