Todo empezo un 27 de septiembre de 2023 cuando recibimos la llamada telefónica de Lola.
Hacia varios meses que buscabamos poder invertir en un apartamento en la zona del mediterraneo.
Un buen dia Lola de Medland Spain contacto con nosotros y programamos dia y hora para conocernos y realizar una RUTA de visitas por zonas que, la verdad, nos dejaron encantados, no ya por el sitio en si, si no por la diversidad de apartamentos y posibilidades.
Lola en todo momento estuvo muy amable y profesional en todas y cada una de sus expliaciones y razonamientos tanto de los lugares como de las constructoras.
Nos encanto de manera " simplemente sobresaliente " el resort de Santa Rosalia , en el cual nos decantamos para hacer nuestra inversión y que decir tiene que hasta el momento de escriturar el apartamento, la asistencia de Medland Spain , en todos sus apartados fue exquisita.
Tal es nuestro grado de satisfacción que hemos repetido.

Hi All,
Just want to say something about my experience with Medlands real estate agent and the staff that works there,
First of all my name is Charlie, and I was looking to buy a villa in the Costa Blanca around Torrevieja,
Six months before I moved over to start my viewings, I was on to a Girl called Jessie, who was from the same country as me, Ireland. It was great to have someone in Spain working for Medlands and from Ireland.
From the first day I was talking to Jessie, about my request she was so helpful to me and my Wife everything Jessie sent me about all the new Villas that were in my Budget really helped me to make a decision on what I wanted and what area in the Costa Blanca I wanted to live in.
Like anyone moving to Spain you need someone like Jessie to talk to and someone that knows all the areas of Spain she was the best.
When we finally got over to Spain we made an appointment with Medlands to view all the villas Jessie sent me over the past 6 months.
On Thursday 7th of November this was the day we had to view 6 villas.
At 9am we got picked up by a man called Niclas that spoke English as well. It was great.
It was a long day looking at all the villas and Niclas just took his time to make sure we made the right decision on what villa we would end up living in.

I honestly have to say that Jessie and Niclas were very professional from the first day we got in contact with Medlands.
I hope that this will help someone in the future.
PS Spain is wonderful place to live.

Vores oplevelse af Medland Spain er absolut ikke anbefales værdigt. Vi forsøgte at få fremvist en lejlighed de har til salg, men uden held. Under heleforløbet forsøgte de at flytte fokus til et andet lejlighedsprojekt som vi ikke var intrassant for os. Da vi endelig fik dem overtalt til at få fremvist det pågældende projekt, blev vi dagen før fremvisning kontaktet og fik at vide at lejlighed var solgt! Men de kunne jo fremvise det andet projekt for os i stedet for
!! Vi blev meget fortørnet og blev ret frustrere 😡. Vi undersøgte det nærmer og fandt ud af at den eller måske sige de 12 lejligheder IKKE var og er solgt!
Vi kan ikke anbefale denne ejendomsmægler.
