You guys lied to me about the delivery time, you told me the processing time would only take about a week, but in fact it took a full three weeks! And my table has not been shipped yet, I tried to contact you guys and got no response.
It was only when I offered to cancel the order and get a refund that you guys got to me, responded that the factory didn't have it in stock therefore it was taking longer, and tried to quell my anger with a table lamp. But I don't want any lamp at all, I don't want to hear your interface, you broke your promise, I just want to see my item as soon as possible!
It was a very terrible experience and I'm waiting for my refund!
