Ordered 2 handprint mugs, ordering was simple and sending photographs of handprints was also straightforward, I was a pain and asked for the wording on one cup to be changed from what I originally asked for at time of ordering but this was not a bother and hailey was more than helpful, the cups arrived perfectly boxed to prevent damage and they we’re absolutely amazing, will definitely be back to buy more products
