"I would never recommend them to anyone!!"

I was trying to buy some tickets, but it failed and I was send back to their main page. Even though the ordre doesn't even excist they still took the amount from my credit card - Well that can happen. What is totally unaccepteble is that they after one short note, that they will look into it, doesn't respond to my emails. This was one week ago now, and I can't see the fun anymore. We're talking an amount well over 500 euros here, that they unrightfully took and their help during this matter is not anywhere to be seen. One should think that a big, almost world wide, company was seviceminded and that's why I choose to use them even though I'm not even a resisdent in the country where they are located, but I most say that I truely regret that now. I'm all done using Ticketmaster.at and well probably any other ticketmaster site too.
