"Happy with our door"

Just had it installed a week ago, amazing door and the team was really helpful and we could also made it completely unique. Had a special design in mind and they could make it exactly as we wanted.

Horrible experience! The rain damaged my door after 3 months. The staff won’t do anything to help me.

Unfortunately the lowest is one star. Pirnar does not deserves that. The company sells faulty doors. I paid for a very expensive front house door. The door developed very visible stain after it rained. The door had a five years guarantee.

I did contact the company. They said clean with soap and water. This was done but the stain was not removed. I contacted the copany again. They blamed the builder initially (wrong paint), after that they changed the story. The paint ok.

They sent me a cleaning method which contained many steps, if that does not work another company should be contacted to put a new door coating. I did explain the company should send someone to do the cleaning. The company said I should pay for the cleaning?? I explained the door is very expensive and has five years guarantee. The company stated the gauarantee does not cover the stain?? Their suggestion that a new coating is required confirmed that the door is faulty.

Pirnar replied only two days ago. Very late. The explanationd they gave was not convincing. My builder contacted them at the time. They told him nothing wrong with the material heused. They told me otherwise. They blamed the builder. I paid a lot of many for the door. A stain on the door from raining?? What external material they are talking about.

They did not send anyone to have a look at the door even?? They said they can send someone to clean the door but they wanted ?? What is the five years guarantee for then? Why did it take them that long to reply to my trustpilot review??

If they were a good company they would have sent someone to have a look at the door even now. The problem persisted??
