"Professional and caring and such amazing results."

I'm so grateful for the lovely staff at SkinDNA. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have. My skin has never looked so good, so fresh.

"Since when did a beauty treatment turn into a social event?"

Tucked away on the busy city streets of Sydney is a doorway that opens to a personalised event!
Stefan leads a professional team who treat their clients as individuals. They personalise, they care, they welcome. It is a doorway that I would gladly walk through again and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

"disappointing"

I feel that Living Social sometimes have offers for businesses that just want to get an influx of money.
Though I was greeted pleasantly on arrival by the receptionist one of the cosmeticians had left their lunch & coffee in the waiting area. My appointment was on time but I entered a very poky room with a maximum of 1.5 feet space around the bed. As I sat down on the bed and handed a mirror I was asked to look at my forehead and look how "very deep" my wrinkles were (as if I had no concept of this, for being in my mid forties I consider myself average wrinkle depth) and was told that the Anti Wrinkle Injections offered in the Living Social deal for 2 areas were "simply only enough to treat my frown lines" but that she "would throw in an extra 2 units for the crease in between my eyes" (this was conveniently forgotten).
My next cause for anxiety was when the cosmetician explained to me: "We've been going through things so fast that all I have to use it these giant sized gloves".
I questioned this as she was about to insert needles into my face!
After the injections I was quoted $270 (discount price for the same area if returning) whereas my local Clarins Sanctuary offers specials on frown lines only for $80.
My final complaint is that I was emailed a receipt for $0.00 (i had paid $145 through Living Social). I replied to request a receipt stating the area treated and the units of botox used (I was told 20 units but how would you know?).
I await this receipt without much hope.
