Great service. Glyn Bell Plumbing got back to me soon after sending my enquiry. They gathered as much information in advance of the visit so they could try and diagnose the issue ASAP. After having further difficulty with the boiler, Glyn Bell Plumbing were really accommodating and managed to move my appointment forward by a couple of days. The issue was resolved in no time at all and now we have heating again. Thank you.

Glyn serviced our older boiler yesterday. Arrived on time, cleaned up after. No issues. I had asked that he look at a couple of other items that I thought had worn out (pump and valve), he looked but didn't recommend a change. No hard sell of something that wasn't needed. All in all a great experience.

Glyn arrived promptly and quickly recognised the problem we were having. We have an old boiler but works well and were in no hurry to change it. Glyn agreed that repair was better than exchanging it for a new one. So no hard sell of something that wasn't needed. Great.
