"Totally unreliable company"

Having purchased a parking post on Saturday 1st March I was assured it would be with me the next working business day. So Monday it failed to appear Tuesday still no sign of it and Wednesday still waiting. Emails from the courier company stating it will be with you between 1pm and 3pm by 3.15pm still no bollard. Next day delivery what a joke this company is not reliable at all stay well clear.

"Simply Safe not simply honest"

We went with a different wireless security system after realizing that that Simply Safe wouldn't notify our phones of security breeches unless we paid an extra $10 (on top of the $15/month). It shouldn't cost them anything to send notifications to the home owner's phone. Our thermostat and every app does that for free. We shouldn't HAVE TO notify the police to be notified ourselves, but you do. And we certainly were not expecting the required $25/month fee for notifying us of security breeches. There was a lot that wasn't transparent in the advertisements. We felt that Simply safe wasn't simply honest.
