"Incredible service"

Incredible service. I was trying to get a replacement trophy for one of my daughters that I had smashed. Fen Regis had a similar one, and when I sent a picture of the broken one to try and match the engraving, they not only replicated the engraving, but also the logo for the event on the trophy - which I had expected to have to recover from the old trophy. This was over and above my request annd I was absolutely delighted with the level of service.
