I couldn't believe how they resolved the problem of getting large items, (sofas and a circa 1960 freezer up a flight of stairs by sawing them into manageable pieces! I text my realtor and her response was, "WOW!".

Wonderful stress free experience! I had no idea how I was going to empty out my parents 3 bedroom apartment. They took care of everything, all I had to do was lock the door when they were done and leave. They removed and disposed of 40 years worth of furnishings and paperwork. After doing tons of research im so happy i came across clutter free. I needed to have this job done in 2 days. It was a disater! I talked to a couple of companys, they all just removed furniture or didnt bag items. I was relieved when i spoke to Helen. Clutter free had every service i needed to get this property listed. "Big Clear Out and Move"

When my mom decided to move in with us, we had to clear out her home of over 50 years and move her furniture and things to our house. Raoul and his team were fantastic! They were helpful, responsive, accommodating, efficient and tireless workers. The cost was very reasonable. What could have been a difficult transition was made easy by their excellent service. "Amazing Company; Amazing Service!"

First and foremost, my only mistake throughout the process of cleaning out my grandmothers house was NOT going to Raul and the clutter free team SOONER!!

From the first call with Raul, he not only set up a free estimate for removal within two days of the call, he PERSONALLY showed up and did it himself and brought a small team with him. My wife and I also expressed our concern about the need for the house to be cleaned and exterminated. He told me his company ALSO did that!

Upon his arrival for the estimate, his expertise was shown immediately by how he looked at every room; floors, walls and ceilings with a flashlight!! Afterward he explained in detail how many trucks he would need for removal, how many men and set up a day right then and there.. Afterward we set up a day each for the cleaning then the extirmination, ALL with an upfront price before he left from the estimate. All three jobs were done in THREE consecutive days with No BS, no hassle and NO WAITING. Completely made us feel like a priority; and we really were!!... Total one stop shipping.

During the whole process we had some questions. Using the number Raul gave us to call if we needed, he either answered right away or called back within minutes of leaving a voicemail. If he couldn't answer our questions he found someone that could within the company, ie(the exterminator).

Lastly, the removal crew of 6 men were the most efficient team I have ever seen. Yet the speed was not their only quality. Numerous times they found some family photos, albums, potentially important papers and even money mixed in with all the junk. They let my wife and I know immediately about the items in the event we wanted to save them. I couldn't speak better of the men.

The cleaning crew the next day also did such an amazing job; cleaning the floors, walls and ceilings. They even wiped down three shelves of about 30 of grandmas ceramic figurines!! I can't make this stuff up. Completely blown away.

The last day was the exterminator. Jason showed up promptly, explained what he was going to do and how long to stay out of the area. He also is going to come BACK to the house to follow up and treat AGAIN, if needed, for free....

My wife and I had zero issues and zero worries with this company through the ENTIRE PROCESS. No embelishment, no exaduration.

"Excellent service"

My experience began with everyone arriving on time, which was terrific-I interviewed two other companies, both of whom kept me waiting for over two hours during their "window" and still could not show up on time. The men got to work cleaning out my parents' home, which was very hard for me to watch, but they were very nice and very professional. The men did not just arbitrarily toss everything, but if they found photos, etc, they asked me if I wanted them. By the time they left, the house was empty and clean. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs to do a full clean out
