"Improving Front crawl sessions"

I’ve really enjoyed the last few weeks of lessons. I had got into bad habits with my front crawl and Rich has managed to unpick where I have been going wrong. He’s very attentive, patient and constructive during the lessons and most importantly doesn’t make you feel silly! He clearly puts a lot of time into tailoring our needs outside the lessons. I’ve benefited so much that I’ve signed up for the next block of lessons.

I contacted rich in August last summer, due to wanting to improve my swimming abilities. I didn't have a lot of confidence in the water and struggled with my breathing. Over the course of 6 weeks rich encourage and helped me with my confidence, how to breath properly in the water and my swimming improve dramatically. I then went to complete a sprint triathlon that summer, without Rich's coaching I definitely wouldn't of been able to do that. He has given me a great platform in swimming which I do now regularly, confidently and safely. And I'm now training for my 1st iron man a year later. Thankyou rich would definitely recommend to anyone at any level.

I am on week 10 of my triathlon training which l would never have done without the help from Fit Visual. Rich has taught me so much about technique which has helped me improve over the 10 weeks. He has been encouraging but also understanding of the level l am at and how far to push myself to avoid injury. I would definitely recommend Fit Visual.

Rich is an absolutely fantastic swimming coach - I feel so lucky to have found him! He has taken me from not being able to do front crawl at all, and having a vague fear of the sea and open water - especially going underwater - to being able to swim front crawls out to the buoys, being confident(ish) in challenging conditions and now even entering my first open water swimming event! He's a great coach, patient, enthusiastic and encouraging and the lessons are always great fun; i'd highly recommend it!
