First time shopping with Colebys and it was first class service from start to finish. Nico sent me pictures in advance of the choices I had. Once at the showroom the customer service continued. There was no pressure to purchase from them (but I did). Everyone I had contact with that day were very professional, I would highly recommend this company I will certainly be doing business with them again in the future 😃

I called in today whilst visiting London. I have followed Nico and Colebys on their YouTube channel and always admired how knowledgeable and down to earth Nico and Ricky seemed, so thought I would pop in to see them. You couldn’t ask for more from a jewellery store! Nico and Ricky are two honest, down to earth guys with an amazing showroom and loads of very interesting watches and diamonds! Highly recommended.
