After 1,5 years I could not load my car with the Voldt cable. I sent it back to Voldt and immediatly received a new one. Fantastic service

I got a fast answer form the customer service this morning. Apparently the cable I received was not the right one and send incorrectly:
Also this cable, even if in error with my box, is not Chinese imported (to the contrary of my understanding of the CE marking ) but from Belgian origin.
Actually VOLDT proposed to exchanged it against the initially orederd cable immediately for free.
I rejected such proposal as I already have ordered an Audi OEM cable (though at higher cost but having no doubt on origin/quality )
To VOLDT credit, customer service issued free return from and initiated the refund as committed on their website.
I also state the review applied to the VOLDT.fr licensee and not in Norway...I dont understand why it popped at the wrong website,

Ladekabelen ble for stiv i kaldt vær. Kabel av dårlig kvalitet, ikke beregnet for Norske forhold.
