paid for 24 delivery and it took 2 days, plus tiles on my 9x9 are falling off, even though I've only done the cube a couple times. the first tile fell off literally the first time I did it. I'm not good enough to be going too fast or rough so it's not my fault for handling it roughly or anything. but the other cubes were just fine

The website was a bit clunky regarding payment which made me momentarily worried. The products arrived quickly - I was delighted not to have to use Amazon. The cubes are for my daughter's birthday - they look great to me but she's the expert! I've still never solved a cube!

Good shopping experience overall, although packaging could be a tad more sturdy and protective. No damage was done to any of the products inside apart from scuffed boxes but I think that could have been avoided with a sturdier packaging to protect the products
