I have been working with MainPay since 2017. Everything was explained very clearly and I knew my rights and the things I am entitled to since day one of my contract. I have never had any problems. If I needed help with something and I couldn't find it online in my account, I always received support over the phone and the issue was quickly and accurately resolved. I never had to ask to receive financial support for the Covid-19 pandemic. I simply received an email with all the information explaining clearly why and how much I am entitled to receive!
