"George Henry has really been a great mentor to meme…"
George Henry has been a great mentor to me and United patent research has helped me put together my provisional patent and a very professional way. George Henry is very professional and willing to go the mile. Soon as I can invest on the rest of my patents, the company is willing to make an investment in me. That says a lot for my invention and for a company.
My provisional patent was done in a timely manner and the fact because there is COVID I was able to get an extension on it which helps me to find my investors. They give me hope when they say I'm in the top 5% that they've seen in businesses in the 30 years that they've been doing business.

"I just started to work with Wayne…"
I just started to work with Wayne Anderson and so far he has been great! He called me to let me know that my patent is pending. He has been working with me and the honesty he has given me has been wonderful. He told me to be careful on what people say patent fees are and to call him to review the packet I got. He was not rushing for money like so many people have been. I am very blessed to be working with Wayne

"Will work for customer satisfaction"
I was initially going to give a less than favorable review but the owner of the company contacted me and tried to make things right. My biggest complaint prior to that time was a lack of contact from the company. Since the owner contacted me, however, I have had regular phone calls; contact before then was few and far between. I understand that marketing an invention is difficult and very few succeed. I just would have liked more contact during the first year. In the past month, contact has been frequent and informative.

"Praise God For United Patent Research"
March 21, 2019
Hello. My name is Jennifer Brown (Jenn). This is my story about tragedy and overcoming. It is not pretty. In all honesty, it is very intense. However, my story is what inspired me to become the inventor and head of my company God’s Millennial.
Back in May of 2016 I was living in Norfolk, Virginia with my fiancé and his ten-year-old daughter. We had a huge brand-new home, brand new SUV, and a pool in the backyard. I thought I was on top of the world until Memorial Day weekend. That Friday my next-door neighbor informed me that neither her son nor her daughter would be sitting for us again. She informed me that my fiancé had forced her daughter into some relations. I have known him since our middle school days and didn’t know whether to vomit, laugh, or wait for a hole to fall into. I assured her she had lost her mind, he was not capable of anything of that nature. Sadly, he was arrested about a week later. I didn’t have any rights to his daughter, but I knew I had to somehow keep her from being returned to her mother whom had severely neglected and abused her all her life.
We moved in July of 2016 back to Henrico County, Virginia where I had been born and raised. I got a job and enrolled her in school. I also petitioned the court for custody. We had a court date in November of that year. Sadly, the judge said he could do nothing at this time because the matter needed to be transferred to our jurisdiction. That is when the unimaginable took place. The girl’s mother who had been pretty much absent for over a year and a half went to her school and took her out. She had the right because the girl’s dad gave her legal sole custody after the divorce. I was devastated and ready to explode on her father for letting this happen. Then I realized, he didn’t care about her safety or welfare he just wanted both of us out of his hair.
I tried everything I knew to get her back. No one from either North Carolina or Virginia would even listen to the complaints against her mother even though they knew she was a habitual offender and had Alana in a broken-down trailer with drug addicts buying and selling drugs in front of her and her brothers.
I reapplied for custody. It was the longest six months of my life. I was not allowed to speak to or see the girl. Her mother was jealous of our relationship and resented me beyond belief. So, when a church member from the church where the girl had been staying for after school care called a new beginning was about to unfold which I never expected and changed my life forever. She talked me into coming on the Sunday the church was having their Thanksgiving lunch after the service.
I had been taking some art classes with this wonderful lady Ann, so I knew her a little bit. I did enjoy the service and the meal. She never put pressure on me to do anything, but she was always willing to be there for me. In my whole life I had never met anyone like her. I explained to her the situation with the girl. The more time we spent together the more I realized what God was doing. I became saved, truly saved mind, heart, body, and soul around the end of December 2016. I decided to join the church. By coincidence, this was the church my grandparents raised me in. I realized God had put me exactly where he wanted me to be. It also became clear that even though I could provide her with everything she needed, including therapy and medicine, if I didn’t believe in him and raise her in the church, he was not going to allow her to be returned to me. It was the most important thing above any earthly help to give her to God. While she was gone, I took the classes for membership and went through the ceremonial process of!
The first court date in March of 2017 only got me mandatory visitation and phone call privileges. I was thankful to God I would at least have some time with her again. However, I immediately appealed the order. While she was with me over that summer her mother gave me power of attorney and said she was happier with me so she would finally agree to it.
During the time the girl was gone I had begun to develop my own way on viewing God. I came up with sayings and pictures. I felt God’s calling to share these sayings and pictures because of the comfort and support they gave me. They might help other people too. I did a lot of research on how to get my creations protected and marketed. I contacted United Patent Research, Ltd. (UPR), the leading authority in the field of patent and new product development to check things out for me. They have a clean record with the BBB and Dunn and Bradstreet. They have lots of positive feedback from other folks like me. I was confident in their reliability and capability.
I spoke with Wayne Anderson. He sent me paperwork to fill out and return. They did a lot of research and much to my surprise he told me my “God Sayings” had been approved for further legal protection. When I saw the amount of money needed to get my product started, it pretty much stopped there. In my budget there was no way I could ever afford it, and no one would loan it to me. Other people thought it was a crazy idea and that they would lose their money.
So, in October of 2017 the court made the custody order that I had primary physical, but her mother and I would still share joint custody with her mother being allowed to call and visit. Her mother called sporadically and kept promising to visit. It never happened until March of 2018. She never sent the girl money, clothes, cards, presents, etc. even over Christmas. She kept giving her the same old excuses even as she was stealing Alana’s child support money from her father.
Around October of 2018 I started thinking about the whole patent thing again. I called Wayne after over a year since my original call. He explained how the process had changed and I had come back at a perfect time. He explained that my Provisional Patent was now included in the first step. He sent me new paperwork. I still sat on it for a few weeks. Finally, I decided I had the money and should do it because I may not get another opportunity. Then he asked me to send my best shirt design. I couldn’t decide so I sent four. He called me when he got the designs to inform me, I had to pick one and that he couldn’t legally do it for me. So, another four weeks went by while I was tweaking and rethinking. I finally sent GOD is the acronym for Guarantee of Deliverance with a picture of my angel praying. I also changed my patent name from God Sayings to God’s Millennial.
Once I got the results of my patent search and provisional patent preparation back, United Patent Research moved very fast to get my Provisional Patent to me. I got it in less than 2 weeks once I approved the application. Wow. This made me ready for the next step, so I was assigned to George Henry. He was so pleasant and understanding to talk with. After reviewing his credentials and success, I knew God put me in great hands. He explained the whole patenting and marketing process step by step to me and always answered my questions clearly. His knowledge and experience in the industry is so great, he made made a very complicated process very easy to understand. I feel confident I can be successful with my idea and make a lifetime income for me and my family. He has filled me totally and honestly since the first time we spoke with each other. George Henry spent a lot of time teaching and coaching me on how to build my business using my creation. He gave me the education I need to become an informed inventor and make good business decisions. He and UPR are my partners in this glorious adventure.
Currently, I have a provisional patent for the USA, and have been qualified to go for my permanent patents in the USA, Europe and China. We are now trying to raise the funds to pay for our permanent USA patent. I really needed someone who was great with computers and social media. After all this time, about two weeks ago, God sent me Heather Kiser. She had a post on Nextdoor.com about trying to sell her art. I reached out to her to explain what I was doing and what specific help I needed. Praise be to God, she wanted in all the way even though neither one of us is getting paid right now. With her help we now have a Facebook, Instagram, and Gofundme page. We have designed our company’s logo. We purchased a computer printer and Microsoft for my computer. In addition, we have outside fundraising we are working on. My church has a yard sale in April to support its after school program OASIS. We are going to make a basket for a raffle and sell water bottles with our logo on it. It is my goal to not just be a business but to support our community. OASIS desperately needs their classrooms remodeled and new equipment for the playground. (everything was so old the code stated it was no longer safe and had to be torn out) In addition I want to implement the backpack program there. Each Friday a needy family will receive a backpack of nonperishable foods to take home. They will return the backpacks on Monday for the next week. It also my goal to make enough money to help our local food pantry Lamb’s Basket and eventually Camp Hanover.
I believe in me, and I know my God will provide for all my basic needs as well as my community. I have always been a caretaker and a giver. Please help me to be able to give and support organizations even more. In addition, we are on a mission to spread the good news about God and the gospel. Our goal it to save one person a day or at least get them closer to deciding to give their lives to God. We are on a mission as a movement, not just a company.
We are excited about working with George and UPR long term. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable man dedicated to helping us become highly successful in all aspects of our company. He is our biggest fan as well as business advisor. We could not make this happen without him.
So, praise be to God!

"UPR excellent company."
I have been working with United Patent Research for about nine moths now. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff at UPR.
I am a Home Improvement Contractor and I deal with many customers on a daily basis. I pride myself on excellent customer service and communications. This is what I have found to be the case with UPR. We share the same values in this regard. It is refreshing to deal with people of this caliber! I would recommend this company with no reservations at all.

"Thank you."
Thank you.
I have had nothing but great service with everyone I have talked to at upr. They are very professional and have helped me for almost a year now and have answered every question, always called me back, and kept me confident with what we were working on. David Moore was the man in charge of me, very professional, listened to my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you again for all you have done for me.
