My order of two SOSS 204 hinges in a brass finish arrived with a stainless/nickel finish instead. A call to Notcutts resulted in two brass hinges arriving the next day, excellent service. However neither set came with the SOSS 204 paper template which would aid installation considerably. I would appreciate a template by post ASAP.
Subsequent to my initial review, there has been excellent customer service from Handle Hardware who have sent me the necessary template.
