From the initial contact with Chantelle & Chris to the installation I was kept informed of progress & all my many questions were answered quickly & professionally.

The Solar installation team of Chris & Sam & the apprentices Alfie & Henry were friendly & professional and did the job to a high standard.

The roofing team of Dean, Alan & Tom also seemed to do a good job.

The result is that we have a system that is starting to make a difference to our monthly electricity bills.

We are glad we went for a Tesla Powerwall & Solar panels as we have had a few opportunities with Octopus, our current electricity provider to play the game of going off-grid and getting extra points in times of high demand.

The only downside is that we should have done it sooner!

Very professional team. Initial visit from Gary with a lot of information. Excellent report and proposal. Visit from Chris the electrician also excellent and although our original plan of using existing cables did not work out, the overhead solution was a very satisfactory alternative. Minimal disruption to our shared access. Very tidy and professional installation. Worked late to complete. After sales troubleshooting timely and helpful. All staff very courteous.

The scaffolders, fitters and engineers were equally polite and professional. Rob an Harry did a fantastic job with the internal fittings. It wasn’t an easy route from our loft to the Mains input under the stairs but they managed it brilliantly.

The detailed 24 page report about the installation and projected energy savings was excellent and gave me confidence in the company. Flowing Energy Solutions have recently installed a solar panels and a battery system to our home.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire process from initial contact and system design by Clayton to site visit, installation and commissioning by Chris, Sam, Harry and Alfie was done in the most professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and the installation looks so neat that part of me wishes it was installed in my new kitchen for all to see.

"SCAFFOLDING NIGHTMARE - avoid"

After promising that scaffold would be taken down on three different occasions, we are still waiting for it to happen.

One of the main reasons we went with Flowing Energy was the fact that they have an in-house scaffold team and they were adamant that we'd only have to wait a few days to check that everything was working and then it would be dismantled.

Absolutely no issues at all with the install. It's great - all works well - team arrived when they said they would and explained what they were doing. No problems at all on that front.

We delayed paying until there was a confirmed date for scaffold to come down. Day came. No team. We got a phone call to say they would be there over the weekend. No team.

We went away on holiday and came back to find the scaffold still there.

Called to enquire why and was told it had been marked as job complete.

They apologised and said it would be down first thing next day.

Guess what?
