Basically just signed up for service. Have not had to use the service yet but the sign up process was quick and easy. I hope I never need the service but it gives me peace of mind to know that if I ever do it’s there!

I'm so confused. I went through the process to buy your product then I can not get anyone to confirm what I bought. Then I keep getting messages stating I need to buy more. Very disappointed. Usually, when you buy a product, the first step of satifaction is being confident you bought the right product... not the case with yours. I'm still confused and have no idea if I will be covered or not.

I recently joined. I didn’t see my declaration of coverage. I phoned and Peter Kerr answered my call. He resent it to me and called me back to make sure I received it. It was in my spam folder. He was so polite and helpful. Listened to my concerns I had with a previous company.
He made me feel so much better choosing Guardian. I hope I don’t need your services if something happens but feel blessed knowing it will be taken care of.
