This is just about the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 boxes of pods. Order took an age to arrive . Order finally arrived I was 4 coffee cups missing. Customer service is really bad, to reply. After writing on the Facebook wall, got a reply that I will receive replacement. But it was a lie. No reply afterwards.

I've used caffelux a couple of times one of which had free biscuits which were out of stock they were sent on a few weeks later, very impressed with service and coffee quality is good too.
