"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Avoid this travel agent- awful and most distressing Umrah experience.
Despite having paid the higher end of the scale and repeated assurances that everything would be sorted and managed, we got to Makkah and informed by the hotel after a night stay’s that our hotel had not been paid for.
We spent two days going back and forth either agent and hotel management trying to resolve the issue.
Eiman travel’s best advice was not to leave the whilst security demanded us ti leave and threatening to remove our luggage at 1am in the morning.
Ended up calling the police, Hajj Ministry whilst making repeated calls to Eiman Travels
Turns out they use lots of middle men and just simply refused to pay the hotel and resolve the issue with the hotel without getting us involved.
Two nightmare nights with young children and the issue was finally sorted.
If that wasn’t enough- we had major transport issues (they sent old, unsuitable transport for 15 people and luggage) that meant we had to use the window to stow all the cases.

False promises and quick to take our money whilst delivering sub standard service
