"Beware of Questionable Practices – My Experience with JTConsult"

I want to share my concerning experience with JTConsult to help others make weighted decisions.

1. Unverified Services
After completing JTConsult’s online application form during a flat search, I received no contact or updates until the day when the invoice arrived. That invoice arrived unexpectedly, requesting payment for allegedly "rendered services." No evidence or clear details of those services were provided—no breakdown of tasks, references to credible databases, or tangible results. My requests for evidence of their “evaluation” and other claimed services were ignored entirely.
2. Lack of Clear Contract
Despite their claims, I never received to email or postbox a formal contract detailing cooperation terms, service scope, or revocation rights. This lack of transparency violates basic consumer protection rights.
3. Suspicious Payment Methods
The invoice requested payment through Wise instead of providing a traditional and traceable bank account. My requests for more transparent banking details, were flatly denied, which raised additional concerns.
4. Concerning Online Reputation
My research revealed alarmingly low ratings on platforms Scamadviser and Scam-detector. This raises serious doubts about JTConsult's credibility and business practices.
5. Urging to Pay Without Evidence
Communication from JTConsult was solely focused on urging me to pay. They repeatedly referenced potential legal actions while ignoring my legitimate concerns about transparency and the validity of the invoice.

Conclusion:
My experience with JTConsult has been marked by lack of transparency and questionable practices. I urge anyone considering their services to conduct thorough research and exercise caution before proceeding.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

At first, I doubted whether they would actually provide an apartment, but everything went very smoothly.

Perhaps it was because I was looking for an apartment in a small city? 🤔

The best part is that I didn’t have to do anything except attend the apartment viewings.
