i gotta tell you about this amazing experience I've had with Tirana. Im the owner of a cafe and a restaurant,im working with her for the last few months she's the best! She's super responsible and caring, always there when I need her. If there's ever any problem, she goes above and beyond to fix it. You will loose $$$ money and wait years before seeing any results from this company! They are very convincing with their sales team yet the results will not show until 1-2 years + $100-$300 a month! As a startup business with little funds for growth, this was a dangerous waste of money with little results/return.

Ask the directory guys this question - "Show me the work your company has done for my business since the start and I want to see hard facts". What they will do is give a pre-planned answer "We can't show you our work and it takes time to see results because we have to wait for google!" Will be their answer. As stated above, they are convincing but don't fall for their clever sales tactics! Their money back guarantee is for your community only, not the area you paid for!!! Watch out!!!

"Got a phone call from a liar "new on the job"…"

Got a phone call from a "novice' in British Columbia who I let talk for a while (he knew my business address, wanted to talk to the owner, etc). He mentioned he was calling about my Google Directory listing. I said what listing (you can't change it)? then he says his "expert" coworker sitting right next to him will explain further (as he could not answer my questions). He then connects me to his coworker - I get a "wait a minute as we transfer your call" recorded phone company message, then I get connected to a loud, obnoxious, rude, Irish (?) male on the other end totally talking over me and ignoring my existence on the other end of the line. After he said they weren't interested in my money a couple times, and criticised me for advertising my business on Google , etc, I HUNG UP! Stay away from these stupid people! Obviously they used a young naive kid in BC to connect me to an idiot in Europe somewhere (or on a beach paid by dummy clients). Did a quick search after the call - they get 5 star and 1 star reviews! Really! ThewayIfigure is ....The real ones give 1 star, the fake clients give 5 star reviews. Get a company to make Google ads for you or work on your SEO. There is no get-first-place-on-Google-quick scheme that works.

I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to get involved with a company like this as I had had a few calls from similar companies in the past and I wasn't exactly Oozing with confidence from those initial calls. But whatever it was about the call from the agent at the beginning of my journey with The Directory Guys seemed to have a different feel to it so I took a leap.
Since then I have been more than happy with their performance to date. My contact is Alysha and she is really amazing at what she does. I have seen considerable increase in the daily contact for my business since she has taken over. I get regular phone calls from her and she is always in great form and full of energy about my business and my needs towards my business. I cannot thank you all enough at The Directory Guys and in particular Alysha for your performance so far. I hope we have a positive furture ahead of us!!
