"Very poor communication between staff…"

Very poor communication between staff which delayed my refi and thus I had late fees. Problems different agents handling my loan then lost statements and miss communication received from staff handling my loan. I have never in my experience of refinancing either my primary or secondary home had such poor service. If I had not been so immersed in the process (i.e. paid fees-appraisal) I would have opted out. I have requested reimbursement from loan Ivy Nguyen (closing loan processor) with no resolution regarding these fees that I have concurred due to Network Capitol mishandling of my refi. "Benjamin Edward"

When we asked Benjamin Edward if our loan balance would increase, Ben stated that on his word it would not. Ben misrepresented the truth. He lied. No fee refi does not mean no fee. He did not adequately explain everything. Not only did our loan balance go up, we had to put an additional $5000+ in escrow. Our $60 a month savings cost us over $17,000.

I've been in business for 48 years and have never had a mortgage Company more attentive and on top of everything as well as Network Capital. They are top notch and the communication and processing is great. They always kept me informed and stayed on top of things all the way through the lending process.
