From ordering our new mattress to it being delivered took about 4 weeks as The bank that cloudsleep use flagged my payment as fraud. We ordered the silver active 2800 which we had previously and we are really pleased with it. Its so comfy. The price was so much cheaper than the competition and they had the option to take our old mattress away for an additional £19.99. Other than the payment issue it was a great service and we would use again.
