I would rate it 0 stars if possible. Complete scam, stay far away. These other reviews must be paid because my experience was terrible. Placed an order and was asked to pay through Paypal and send me invoice to my rep (first red flag). Then completely fell off the face of the earth, no communication, phone calls to them just circle the automated system, whatsapp texts go unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Getting our custom packaging for the first time ever felt very risky and uncertain for us. Why? Because all printing companies require full prepayment prior to production. And very few of these companies, if any, have a demonstrable online reputation. I have contacted about 12-14 various companies and nothing in their responses made me feel at ease. But with CBM things felt very different. Here is our experience:

- They don't simply accept the order, but rather they co-own it. Our specs were not perfect, but they quickly grasped the concept and applied many years of experience to make very thoughtful suggestions. Without this input it would likely have been a disaster for us. We felt like we had a partner, not just a vendor.
- Robin (our dedicated rep) has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience as we have made a long string of last minute changes and revisions.
- Incredibly easy to get in touch to work through deeper concerns. You call, they answer. You email, you get a response within hours, sometimes minutes.
- 3D digital mockup was incredibly detailed and reassuring. At that point all our risks felt alleviated.
- Oh, they beat their own (already very palatable) lead times by almost 2 weeks!

The CBM team live and breathe custom packaging. They had answers to every one of our questions and hand held us at every step. Very happy we found them and will absolutely use their service for all our upcoming needs without anxiety.
