Fantastic office staff but let down by plumber who didn't communicate with us very well (cancelled first appointment by text message! We felt that was quite rude - a phone call would have been so much more personal and polite.) Very relieved to hear the office also agreed with the communication issue and had apparently already had words with the plumber so unlikely to happen again to others. I expect we would use again if needed.
