Uppdatering: efter leverantörens svar på min recension testade jag att skicka in ärendet på nytt precis som de bad om men har fortfarande inte fått svar efter 3 veckor. Bedrövligt!

Beställde tre produkter. När paketet kom innehöll det ingen av de produkter jag beställt men två liknande produkter. När jag skickade mitt första reklamationsmail fick jag bara ett jättekonstigt svar. sedan har de slutat svara. Är nog bara att inse att jag är lurad.

Har inte fått varan som jag beställde. Vågade inte vänta med att betala eftersom Klarna var inblandad. Djupt besviken.

Placed an order 1 week ago. Sent an email with no response. Tried calling the number on the invoice, message saying the number is incorrect.

It’s a scam people! Place an order received confirmation. No delivery date nothing, waiting 2 weeks already nothing delivered. The number they provided not even existing!!

13/09/24 Fivalo contacted me saying that my parcel will arrive next week as it’s coming from china. Sent me a tracking so I can see updates on delivery. Will see next week.

ordino un cosciale da lavoro con tanto di foto, marca, minimi dettagli in vista eccetera di una nota marca, quando arriva Io sono fuori per lavoro, riceve il pacco il mio vicino, dopo tre settimane torno a casa e mi consegna il pacco. aprendolo mi accorgo che e tutt'altra cosa, sempre un cosciale da lavoro ma completamente diverso, non è la marca che ho ordinato quella che si vedeva chiaramente dalle foto ed è strutturato in maniera diversa.
per me è pubblicità ingannevole.
non rispondono neanche alla mail dove gli contesto il tutto.

"Articolo mancante ricevuto!"

Oggi 25 maggio 2024 ho ricevuto l'articolo mancante da una precedente spedizione, naturalmente ho dovuto sollecitare e informare il servizio clienti che avevo ricevuto il pacco con un articolo mancante specificando esattamente.
Sono stati corretti e hanno avuto fiducia in me.
A volte a causa della distrazione di qualcuno (magazziniere/corriere) si vengono a creare serie problematiche di credibilità nei confronti dell'azienda. Ma hanno subito riparato all'errore... Non mi resta che dire Grazie.
