I have been taking the complete mushroom complex capsules for the last 5 weeks. My energy level has increased and being over 50 I seem to have less brain fog and more focus. I also have a very sensitive stomach but this has also improved. I’m often sceptical about supplements but genuinely feel these are helping me and the price is very reasonable.
