"Mixed up order but everything else is fine"

They mixed up my order with someone elses, but they were happy to organize a swap so it returned to me. I was offered compensation for the trouble, which was nice. Of the stuff that I ordered there seems to be no problems, the splitter cables work, the PSU provides power and the mining frame does in fact hold my GPUs.

The only thing to be aware of is the shipping and toll cost if ordering internationally (in my case it was around 40% of what I payed them) but thats not really their fault.

"Dirty Mining rig frames"

The send me three mining rig framse that were really dirty. It was pre-owned, but that was never clear. Too small an poorly constructed since they apperently built it themselves.

"Legale oplichters"

Legale oplichters - deze webshop is niet meer dan een malafide zaak. Er worden kapotte producten verzonden, de levering duurt gigantisch lang en alle prijzen zijn exclusief btw, dit staat nergens aangegeven en pas bij de betaling komen deze er ineens bij.

Edit: Ik begrijp dat jullie voor de bühne goed voor de dag willen komen, maar dat gaan we niet doen. Ik zal hieronder beschrijven wat de situatie is.

Ik plaats een bestelling, in de eerste instantie lijkt alles in orde, een nette website met KvK en producten op voorraad. Vervolgens neem ik via Whatsapp contact op om te vragen hoe ik een deel van mijn bestelling (servervoedingen) kan retourneren. Tot mijn verbazing kan dit niet omdat ze denken boven de wet te staan door niet rechtsgeldige voorwaarden te hebben.

Vervolgens schakel ik een jurist in om mijn recht te halen.

In de tussentijd kwam het pakket aan. Wat blijkt, een van de twee voedingen had gebreken, de koperen pinnen aan de buitenkant waren afgebroken. Het kan zijn dat de voedingen werken, ondanks dat is een zwaar beschadigd product onaanvaardbaar.

Na een hoop gedoe heb ik dan toch de producten kunnen retourneren. Het kost dus ongelofelijk/crimineel veel moeite om gebruik te maken van je consumentenrechten (ik heb namens mijzelf, als particulier besteld).

Slechte service, reageren niet op mails. Kreeg een ander product dan bestel. Ook hele rare retour voorwaarden. Verkopen alles wat te maken heeft met mining maar mining gerelateerde producten kunne niet geretourneerd worden??

When a sale goes right every shop is good, is when things goes wrong that good reliable shops shine.
I must say that BE Shops (or MiningHolesale.eu) has one of the most reliable after-sale support.
I made a purchase that was not fully completed, some cables were missing on the package. As soon as I showed them they were missing, they immediately sent those cables back with no cost and also offered me a discount on next purchase por the inconvenience.
Also, fast delivery: it took 4 days for the order to be delivered.
Would recommend and will buy again from this shop.
