"Excellent service"

Excellent service. Delivered on time as promised. Lovely bouquet with lots of different colours. Will be ordering again.

"Awful roses and even worse customer service! Avoid"

Had a dozen roses delivered, within 24 hours they were dying and wilting. I contacted them via phone-call and was told to email a picture through to John. I got no response. I emailed again the next day and have not received a call. I also called and no one answered. They said they’re roses don’t need flower food as it is really well fed and guaranteed freshness but within 24 hours they wilted? It’s been 2 days and they look dull and are dying. Wow.
