Excellent Customer Service!
Have been with Delta 365 for a year and a half now, having been a customer with a couple of the main providers previously. The level of service and response to queries are miles apart!
You get to build relationships with the support team and deal with the people who have been on site and know your set up and how you operate.
Contact with our account manager is very responsive and even got responses when he was on leave - with apologies for not responding to a voicemail sooner when he returned a call within 15-30 minutes!
We have swapped over our office phone systems to VOIP, had a leaseline installed, had new switch gear and had all our mobile phones and mobile data devices ported over and have had great support through out. They have liaised with our IT support directly and actively work with them to resolve any issues - regardless of whose responsibility.
The system provided is at a level we wanted - not all singing and dancing, just with the functions we would actually use. We were listened to and quoted for what we wanted and provided with options to upgrade explained but not oversold - often advising not necessary for us but wanted to explain what was on the market.
Queries and issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally and you always know what is going on.

We have been using Delta for a number of years. We have sim cards split between Vodaphone and O2. In terms of the usage internationally, there has been no problems. If there were to be any problems in the future, I know I can rely on James and Amber. Their friendly and responsive attitude shows an immense care for Delta 365's clients.
