"Not helpful, just a rip off"
They forgot to tell you the personal costs you need to make upfront to get into the retail shops. $100 starter package then upsell via emails and phone calls with Steven. Next $1400 pro to contact retailers. Then some retailers you must agree to pay $500 upfront to rangeme to start the application. You need more money to attend the network events with more sellers than retailers. If you manage to get a retailer interested, have your advertising budget ready. Many retailers don't buy samples which can be 100's. Some retailers ask you to change packaging at your costs. It is a very costly way to get into retail, but you have no choice because the global retailers insist on using them (see retailers websites).

"Range Me is a Waste of Time"
Range Me is a Waste of Time. I can't believe that I wasted so much time and energy perfecting my catalog(s) on this platform over the past 6 years.
Using the "free" option, in over 2 years, one brand received 24 views while the other received less than a dozen.
4 years ago, I paid the premium service for one year. I received a lot of inquiries and requests for products, but I didn't do my homework. I sent out dozens of samples at my own expense to these "companies" to just take them and lose products, not follow through, and some were not even real companies. I wasted hundreds of dollars on sample kits thinking they were potential buyers only to find out that many were just assuming the appearance of a successful business and others had collected samples for the large companies to review, and then failed to get the samples into the proper hands for a review.
RangeMe makes you pay a huge price for premium, but on the buyer side, they don't do any checks to see if the companies are legit, and they don't care that they request samples and don't even get them into the hands of reviewers.
Now I'm told that my company is not going to show up anymore unless I pay $95. "Free" profiles will be limited to one brand and up to 3 products. What a joke.

"Incessant emails and phone calls"
Incessant emails and phone calls. Multiple unsubscribe attempts that didn't work. Multiple direct requests to stop emailing me. All emails contained high pressure sales tactics. Terrible customer service when asking for account to be deleted, in a bid to get the emails and phone calls to stop. They claimed they had never emailed me. Product is pretty worthless unless you pay the enormous fee (you can't apply for any opportunities) they ask for and they even claim that the free version isn't going to work for your brand. Weird experience all around and definitely not worth the harassment.

"Terrible and disrespectful management"
None of the people I've talked to had any solutions to my problems! The employees failed to provide me answers, but the worst part is the terrible and incompetent management. The manager I talked to was extremely rude and disrespectful, yet they were unable to help me at all! At least the employees were nice despite their failure to resolve my inquiry.
