"Samsara was tremendous to work with…"

Samsara was tremendous to work with when the ELD mandate hit. Verizon / Fleetmatics dropped the ball and sent us the wrong parts for an install. The correct part needed was on back order. Samsara stepped in with their plug and play units, to keep us in compliance. They made a great first impression and would absolutely consider doing business with them once our contract expires.

We love that Samsara has in our opinion the best technology for fleet tracking. We switched from Omnitracs after 4 years because Samsara solved most of our frustrations we had with Omnitracs, which I won't go into detail about here.

We have greater confidence in knowing where our trucks are all the time. Additionally, the front facing cameras provide great, clear footage. Again it provides us with greater confidence to defend our company and drivers regarding liability claims. Our insurance company is thrilled as well.

This will be a 5 star review once Samsara has integrated with PCS and the other major transportation software providers. We need simple integration to make dispatching seamless.

"Fleetnatics is more consistent"

I had fleetnatics for years I never once replaced a GPS unit in a truck. Since we switched to Samsara we replace 1 or 2 units every month. Our maintenance schedule runs off the GPS so this inconsistency erodes our maintenance program. We are going to switch back to fleetnatics.

I will recommend this company to any and every company that has a fleet or any form of transportation equipment. My account managers are helpful and knowledgeable with the product and goes out of their way to make sure that all trouble tickets are resolved. Thank you Samsara!
